How to Use

Ensure the tile and grout are clean, dry, and free of wax, coatings, or debris.
Apply an even coat using a brush, sponge, or spray. Spread evenly over the surface for full coverage.
Allow the sealer to penetrate for 4-5 minutes. If areas dry too quickly, reapply to ensure complete saturation.
After 5 minutes, wipe the surface dry with a lint-free cloth to remove excess sealer.
For highly porous grout or tile, apply a second coat for maximum protection.
Surface is ready for light use after 20 minutes. Full cure and maximum repellency achieved in 72 hours.
