Recently used the Spin Doc. Tile Leveling system on approx. 500SF of residential kitchen/dining room/breakfast area. We used slightly more posts & caps than recommended due to past bad experiences with other leveling systems. But we achieved a VERY SMOOTH uniformly spaced solidly laid tile floor. Very high quality system.
absolutely amazing, I've been struggling ripping large format tiles and working with cheaper tools that just weren't fit for the job. I know have a proper tool that surpasses my expectations. Makes me wish I would have done this from the beginning. Saves me so much frustration.

I have used this tape for about 10 yrs. It excels at securing floor paper on hard surfaces. I've left it down for weeks and it comes up clean and in one piece. I also use it to tape off pans and tubs. It will secure tile on corners etc, and the surface does not have to be Sahara dry like with masking tape. I often reuse pieces on the same project the next day.

This item was poorly packaged and based on that was predictably damaged when it arrived. This item deserves solid and insulted packaging that protects corners and edges, as it is not a solid piece of material can that withstand impact from shipping. My timeline was such that I couldn't wait for another one to arrive so I had to pay my contractor additional funds for the hours that he spent working around the damage and trying to make it work and seal properly despite the damaged corners and edges. I'd appreciate at least a partial refund considering this cost me additional money in labor to offset the issue. Otherwise I would not consider shopping with you again.
I ordered a horizontal niche, and you sent me a vertical one. Then, I realized it only comes with the niche and light. Well, how are you supposed to wire up the light? If you don't send the wiring or the switch, so then I ordered the switch, and it didn't come with the wiring. I have this sitting in my garage with no way to use it. And it is a complete waste of my money. I threw the box away so now I can't even return it. What I wanted was a horizontal niche with a switch and the wiring

On line information on your wedsite says that the product is safe for use as a sealer in wet areas and safe for use on Marble & granite. When I received the product
and used it on my kitchen sink granite counter top to seal between the counter & backsplash the caulk is lifting away from the surfaces. The tube states that it is not recommended for use on Natural Stone surfaces??? VERY POOR INFORMATION
We’re sorry. You’re right that our Wet Area product page said the sealant was safe for granite and marble, while the tube says it is not recommended for natural stone. That information was incorrect, and we’re correcting the listing. Maxisil makes a separate Natural Stone sealant for granite and marble applications.
