All orders placed Monday - Friday before 2 PM CST will be processed the same day. Any orders placed after 2 PM CST will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday. Most in-stock products will ship the same day. Please allow 7-10 days for your order to arrive. If tracking shows the order has been delivered, check with your neighbors and email us at orders@tiletools.com to file a claim and initiate an investigation.
Expedited Shipping: When selecting expedited shipping (such as 2-Day Air or Overnight), weekends and holidays do not count as transit days. Orders placed after 2 PM CST will be processed the following business day, and the expedited shipping timeline will begin once the order is processed. For example, if you place a 2-Day Air order on Friday after 2 PM CST, it will ship on Monday, and delivery will occur two business days later (Wednesday).
Please note that orders placed after 2 PM CST will be processed the next business day, even if expedited shipping is selected.
Processing vs. Shipping Time: Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipment and does not include transit time. The estimated shipping time begins once the order has been processed. We strive to ship orders the same day they are placed, as long as they are received before our 2 PM CST cutoff time. However, in rare instances, same-day shipping may not be possible due to unforeseen circumstances.
Tracking Information: Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships. Please monitor your tracking for updates on your delivery status.
Fraud Protection: Some orders are subject to additional verification, especially when there are different billing and shipping addresses. We may request further documentation, such as a photocopy of the credit card holder's license and the credit card used, before processing the order.
Free Shipping Details
You can qualify for free economy shipping in two ways:
- Spend $200 or more: Orders that meet the minimum purchase of $200 automatically qualify for free economy shipping.
- Use a Free Shipping Code: Apply a free shipping code at checkout for orders over $10 to receive free economy shipping. Please note, the free shipping code is only applicable to items eligible for economy shipping. It does not apply to expedited shipping, international orders, or products requiring special shipping considerations, such as freight items, which may incur additional charges for residential delivery.
Free shipping applies to customers in the contiguous United States only. Unfortunately, free shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations. For these locations, we will contact you with additional shipping charges before processing your order.
In rare cases, some addresses may incur additional freight charges due to limited service coverage. If this happens, we will reach out to discuss available options before processing your order.
Small Package Shipments: We use a variety of carriers, including USPS, FedEx, and UPS, to ship orders. The carrier will be selected at our discretion unless a specific carrier is chosen during checkout. Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery, depending on the value or destination of the order.

Shipping to Canada: Shipping costs to Canada are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. International orders may be subject to customs clearance, which can extend delivery times. For freight items, a representative will contact you with a shipping quote and help arrange the delivery.
Item Arrived Damaged:
- If your item(s) appear damaged upon delivery via freight, please do not sign for the package(s) and refuse delivery.
