Shipping Details

All orders placed Monday - Friday before 2 PM CST will be processed the same day. Any orders after 2 PM CST will be processed the following day. All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday. Most products in stock will ship same day. Please allow between 7-10 days for your order to arrive. If tracking shows delivered check with your neighbors and please email us at to file a claim and start the investigation.

Fraud Protection: Some orders are subject to additional verification, this happens when the order has a different billing and shipping addresses. We may ask for additional documentation. This will include a photo copy of the credit card holders license and credit card that was used sent to our customer service team prior to the order processing.


Free Shipping:

Free ground shipping, when available, applies only to customers who live in the contiguous United States. Unfortunately we cannot offer free shipping to our customers in Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, etc. If you place an order we will contact you with the additional charges before shipping your order.

On rare occasions a customer will live somewhere that our freight carriers do not provide service or there is an additional charge. If that happens we will contact you before your order is processed to discuss the different options that are available.

Small Package Shipments:

Our company uses a variety of different carriers to ship material. Your shipment may be sent USPS, FedEx, or UPS. We will choose the shipping service at our discretion. Some shipments are sent signature required at our discretion.

  • If item(s) shipped via freight appear damaged upon delivery; please do not sign for package(s) and please refuse delivery.
  • Notify us at 262-790-2170 immediately and we will start the process of rectifying the situation. If we are not open or available please email us at and we will gat back to you as soon as possible. Leave your name, phone number, order number and any other necessary information.
