Sigma KERA-FLEX EXT 38F12PD Overview
The Sigma KERA-FLEX EXT 38F12PD is the U.S.A./Canada version of Sigma’s grinder-mounted cutting carriage for use on a Sigma KERA-CUT guide. It uses a 5/8-11 UNC spindle interface and is designed for controlled diamond-blade cutting of tile and large-format panels.
Key Cutting and Adjustment Features
- Guided cutting: When mounted on a Sigma KERA-CUT guide, the KERA-FLEX supports diamond-blade cutting up to 25 mm thick.
- Adjustable depth stop: Set and control cutting depth for the material being worked.
- Stabilization system: The stabilization system can be disabled when working on corrugated or uneven surfaces.

Art. 38F12PD is the U.S.A./Canada configuration and is prepared for a standard angle grinder with a 5/8-11 UNC spindle thread.
KERA-CUT Guide Rail and Grinder Not Included
This listing includes the KERA-FLEX EXT attachment and Sigma 75D diamond disc only. A compatible angle grinder and Sigma KERA-CUT guide are required for the documented guided-cutting setup and are sold separately.
