was looking into this purchase but didnt see many reviews or videos on this product, so decided to buy. this is an amazing thing, it works flawlessly! so many tool lasers are kind of weak and gimmicky , but this is a serious laser, very accurate, well made and worth every penny . cutting tiles mark to mark is an issue, looking low trying to align the blade to both marks takes time, but this eliminates all that 100 percent...

Poor design, execution, value and customer service.

Bought the laser with my new series 4 tile cutter. Poorly designed and executed. It comes with a punch you hammer through the thinned areas of the tile cutter to open the holes to installation. This blew out the backside of the casting creating a hole larger than needed, my switch falls right through and had to be hot glued in place. Second issue is the wiring from the switch to the laser is too short. I was able to connect it but due to the stress on the crimped wire connection the laser flickers on and off. I will be cutting and extendining the wire to relieve the pressure (beware it is about a 24 Guage wire with micro connectors that my local automotive store doesn’t stock. Overall extremely disappointed in the product for the price and Tile Tools lack of response to my email to customer service.,

GEORDI is the BOMB

I cant think of any product better than Ardex (first sealer, then the epoxy in "black licorice" (the color will be a point later). WAIT, I can think of something better....CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I had a problem with my 3rd order...on one phone call Geordi handled it. He and I spoke/exchanced some photos....and in about 34 hours the replacement was at my front door.

NOW here's the interesting aspect. I used "black licorice" epoxy. Where I had to stop I had about 1/3 container left. Rather than letting it harden, (it was going to waste anyway) I got the idea to "fill in divots in my 50 year old blacktop drive way". When I have it sealed I do ask them to "fill in" holes that have developed....but they are NOT going to sit and patch it with a putty knife like I did with the Ardex expoxy. It's been maybe 2 months.....WATERPROOF, adhered like welded steel. Only diff is a slight color variation....and next year when I have a blacktop seal put over....you will NEVER see it. I over-ordered....and I will literally use every bit to seal every crack that I can find, so water does not freeze/crack it further!
