Grade AÂ - Item(s) show no sign of use and it is in the original unopened/undamaged packaging.
Item will be refunded in full - No restock fee will be applied
Grade BÂ - Item(s) is undamaged and unused but the package has been opened/damaged
Refund - Minimum 15% restock fee
Grade C -Â Item(s) is undamaged but shows sign of use. The package is opened/damaged
Refund - Minimum 25% restock fee
Grade D -Â The item(s) is undamaged but missing parts/ shows signs of use
Refund - Minimum 25% restock fee plus replacement/repair part cost
Grade FÂ - The item(s) are damaged/destroyed/used and cannot be repaired

Return Window & Eligibility

Standard Return Window:
You may request a return within 30 days of the original purchase date. -
After 30 Days:
Returns requested more than 30 days after purchase may be denied, or subject to an automatic restocking feeâregardless of the item's condition. -
Special and Custom Orders:
Items that are custom-made or special orders cannot be returned or refunded once the order has been submitted. -
Factory Drop Shipments:
Products that are shipped directly from the manufacturer may be subject to a restocking fee, based on the manufacturerâs own return policy.
Packaging & Shipping the Return

You are responsible for safely packaging the product to avoid damage during return transit.

Any damage that occurs during return shipping may impact your refund eligibility.

All return shipments must include your order number and any return authorization details provided.
Return Shipping Options

You may use your own carrier to return the item.

Alternatively, we can provide a return shipping label through one of our preferred carriers.

If we provide the label, the cost of the shipping label will be deducted from your final refund after the item is received and inspected.

TileTools.com will cover return shipping costs only if the return is due to an error on our part, such as a wrong item sent or a product defect.
Return Processing Timeline

Once your return is received, we will inspect the item(s) within 72 business hours to verify condition and eligibility.

After inspection is complete, approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refund Details

Refunds are issued in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Only the original form of payment can be refunded. We cannot redirect refunds to a different card or account.

We reserve the right to verify and authenticate billing information before issuing a refund.

Any shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable, unless the return is the result of a TileTools.com error.
