What Are Trade Credits?
Trade Credits are the rewards currency for TileTools Pro Rewards.
Every Trade Credit is worth 1¢.
Available Trade Credits can be redeemed toward future eligible TileTools purchases starting at 500 Trade Credits / $5.
There is no redemption cap, but Trade Credits may only be used on eligible products. Trade Credits cannot be used on shipping, taxes, gift cards, or excluded products.
Trade Credits expire after 12 months.

Your rewards status is based on eligible lifetime spend through TileTools.com. As your eligible lifetime spend increases, your account can move into higher tiers and earn Trade Credits faster on future eligible purchases.

If an order moves you into a higher tier, your new tier applies to future eligible purchases only.

Why Trade Credits Are Pending for 45 Days
Trade Credits from eligible purchases remain pending for 45 days before they become available to redeem.
This pending window helps account for returns, cancellations, refunds, and order adjustments.
Once the 45-day pending period has passed, eligible Trade Credits become available in your rewards account and can be redeemed toward future eligible TileTools purchases.
How Tier Upgrades Work
Your earn rate is based on your rewards status at the time of purchase.
If an order moves you into a higher tier, your new tier applies to future eligible purchases only. It does not retroactively change the earn rate on the order that qualified you.
Trade Credits from an order remain pending for 45 days before they can be redeemed.
Returns, cancellations, or refunds may adjust Trade Credits and tier status.
Example: First Order Tier Upgrade
This example shows how Trade Credits are earned based on the rewards status at the time of purchase.

At the time of purchase, the customer is a Prospect, so they earn 3,000 Trade Credits. That equals a $30 reward value once the Trade Credits become available after the 45-day pending window.
Because the order brings their eligible lifetime spend above $2,500, they move into Master status after the order is processed. Their future eligible purchases will then earn at the Master rate.
What Qualifies for Trade Credits
Trade Credits are earned on eligible merchandise only.
Trade Credits may be redeemed only on eligible products in the rewards-eligible product collection.
Not every product or order qualifies for Trade Credits. Eligibility may vary by product, vendor, promotion, or order type.

Returns and Refunds
If an order is canceled, returned, or partially refunded, earned or redeemed Trade Credits may be adjusted, reversed, or reinstated.
If a return or refund reduces a customer’s eligible lifetime spend below the requirement for their current tier, TileTools may adjust the customer’s tier status.
This helps keep Trade Credit balances and rewards status accurate based on completed eligible purchases.
