Mix, Move, and Pour More Efficiently with the Collomix LevMix 750
The Collomix LevMix 750 Floor Leveling Mixer combines mixing, jobsite transport, and controlled pouring in one mobile machine. Built for professional flooring installers, it helps reduce manual bucket handling while giving operators better control over mixing speed and batch time.
With a usable mixing capacity of up to 14.5 gallons or 220 lb, the LevMix 750 is designed for approved self-leveling compounds, flowable flooring materials, and selected coating systems. Its digital mixing-time display and two electronically controlled speeds make it easier to repeat a successful mixing process from one batch to the next.
Why Choose the LevMix 750?
- Mix, transport, and pour with one machine: Keep material in the same tub throughout the workflow.
- 14.5-gallon usable capacity: Process batches up to 220 lb, depending on material density and manufacturer instructions.
- Two electronic speed settings: Select 450 or 600 rpm to match the approved material and mixing requirements.
- Digital mixing-time display: Monitor elapsed mixing time for more consistent and repeatable batches.
- Mobile jobsite design: Four steerable casters allow one operator to move the mixer on firm, level surfaces.
- Controlled pouring: The tilting mixTUB and replaceable pouring spout help direct material into the application area.
- Integrated dust-extraction port: Connect a compatible dust extractor to reduce airborne dust while adding powdered material.
- VLX mixing technology: The included VLX 160 mixing tool is designed for liquid and low-viscosity materials.
- Tool-free paddle connection: The HEXAFIX PRO coupling allows the approved mixing tool to be installed or removed without additional tools.
More Control Over Every Batch
The LevMix 750 includes an easy-to-read control panel that displays the current mixing time and selected speed. Operators can switch between 450 rpm and 600 rpm, including during the mixing process, to better follow the material manufacturer's instructions.
The display records elapsed mixing time for up to 9 minutes and 59 seconds. It can be reset when starting a new batch, helping crews reproduce established mixing procedures more consistently.
Please note: The mixing-time display monitors elapsed time but does not automatically stop the mixer.
Designed for Self-Leveling Flooring Materials
The included VLX 160 mixing tool produces high shear forces that help break up dry pockets and lumps in approved low-viscosity materials. Recommended applications include:
- Self-leveling screed
- Floor leveling compounds
- Flowable filling compounds
- Fiber-reinforced fillers
- Decorative fillers and decorative concrete materials
- Flowable polyurethane coatings
- Flowable epoxy resin coatings
Always check the product data sheet for the material being mixed. Mixing suitability, speed, water quantity, batch size, and mixing time depend on the specific formulation.
Recommended Speed Settings
| Material | Recommended Speed |
|---|---|
| Self-leveling screed | 600 rpm |
| Leveling and filling compounds | 600 rpm |
| Fiber-reinforced fillers | 600 rpm |
| Decorative fillers | 600 rpm |
| Flowable polyurethane coatings | 450 rpm |
| Flowable epoxy resin coatings | 450 rpm |
These settings are general manufacturer recommendations. Always follow the processing instructions supplied with the material.
Mix, Move, and Pour from the Same Tub
Once mixing is complete, unplug the LevMix 750 and roll it to the application area. The foot-operated release unlocks the tilting tub, allowing material to be poured through the replaceable spout while the operator controls the machine using the handle.
This integrated workflow reduces the need to lift and transfer heavy mixing buckets. It also helps limit material loss and unnecessary handling between the mixing and application areas.
Dust-Control Connection
The LevMix 750 includes a 35 mm dust-extraction connection on the cover. Collomix recommends connecting a compatible Class M dust extractor when loading powdered material.
Dust extractor and extraction hose are sold separately unless specifically included in the selected package.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much material can the LevMix 750 process per batch?
The maximum recommended usable quantity is 14.5 gallons or 220 lb, including water. Actual batch size depends on the density, viscosity, and instructions for the material being used.
Can the LevMix 750 mix three bags at once?
It can process up to three bags with the approved mixing tool, depending on bag weight and material properties. Use the verified 14.5-gallon and 220 lb limits rather than relying on bag count alone.
Why does it have a 20-gallon tub but a 14.5-gallon mixing capacity?
The mixTUB has a total capacity of 20 gallons. The usable mixing quantity is limited to 14.5 gallons to provide working space and help prevent overfilling or material sloshing.
Does the timer automatically stop the mixer?
No. The display monitors elapsed mixing time so the operator can repeat a proven process. The mixer must be stopped using the OFF button.
Does the LevMix 750 include a dust extractor?
No dust extractor is listed in the standard scope of delivery. The machine has a 35 mm connection for a compatible external Class M dust extractor.
Can it mix epoxy or polyurethane coatings?
It can be used with approved flowable epoxy resin and polyurethane coatings. Collomix recommends the 450 rpm setting, but the coating manufacturer's instructions must always be followed.
Can the LevMix 750 mix mortar, tile adhesive, or concrete?
No. The operating instructions specifically exclude concrete, mortar, cement screed, tile adhesives, grout, and other high-viscosity materials.
How should the LevMix 750 be cleaned?
Disconnect the machine from power and clean it immediately after use. Never use running water, a hose, or a pressure washer. Follow the cleaning and maintenance instructions in the operating manual.
