The Raimondi CAM MkIII is built to give large format tile installers a safer and more efficient way to move, stage, and prepare porcelain panels and slabs during installation. Rather than using a basic transport cart, this system supports multiple parts of the large-format workflow in one tool.

It is designed to work with the Raimondi EASY-MOVE handling system, using two height-adjustable hooks to support the frame while keeping the suction cups accessible. That is especially useful when handling textured slabs, since suction can be checked and restored without removing the panel from the cart.

The CAM MkIII also functions as a prep station for back-buttering. Installers can use the cart to spread adhesive on the back of the tile before final positioning, helping reduce unnecessary handling and movement on the jobsite.

For added protection, the cart uses wooden planks with rubber edges on both sides to support the slab more safely. One side of the cart can also be used as storage for one or more slabs, with two height-adjustable rubber supports and an adjustable safety hook to help prevent accidental damage or falls.

I’ve used it once so far. It was in a 2/32”ish grout joint. I don’t know if I could use it in a 1/16” joint. Maybe if I placed something solid between the tile and heel of the tool at the fulcrum point. I would think that would keep the tile edge from chipping.
