Suitable for use above and below grade, as well as in water immersion applications, MasterSeal NP 1 is the ideal choice for a wide range of projects, including expansion joints, panel walls, precast units, aluminum and wood window frames, roofing, fascia, parapets, vinyl siding, and storefront assemblies. The sealant's easy-to-gun and tool formula speeds up application and creates neater joints, while its primer-free application on most construction materials helps to lower installation costs. MasterSeal NP 1 is weather-resistant, compatible with non-rigid coatings, and offers superior holding power for long-lasting roof tile installation.
