I purchased the recommended trio of silicone

I purchased the recommended trio of silicone, smoothed A and applicator. The Smoothtex A and applicator caused damage to the silicone and it all came off while smoothing. Needed to reapply from scratch with just the silicone and used my finger to smooth.

Expectations were beyond met, immediately upon placing my order I received a phone call maybe five minutes later. The representative of tile tools was asking if I had forgot a certain item that was not included in my order, which would have made sense to have it. I told them I was looking to buy that locally where he looked up their price and beat it and added it to the order with no problem. Delivery was prompt. Everything was in good shape. GEORDI is the BOMB

I cant think of any product better than Ardex (first sealer, then the epoxy in "black licorice" (the color will be a point later). WAIT, I can think of something better....CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I had a problem with my 3rd order...on one phone call Geordi handled it. He and I spoke/exchanced some photos....and in about 34 hours the replacement was at my front door.

NOW here's the interesting aspect. I used "black licorice" epoxy. Where I had to stop I had about 1/3 container left. Rather than letting it harden, (it was going to waste anyway) I got the idea to "fill in divots in my 50 year old blacktop drive way". When I have it sealed I do ask them to "fill in" holes that have developed....but they are NOT going to sit and patch it with a putty knife like I did with the Ardex expoxy. It's been maybe 2 months.....WATERPROOF, adhered like welded steel. Only diff is a slight color variation....and next year when I have a blacktop seal put over....you will NEVER see it. I over-ordered....and I will literally use every bit to seal every crack that I can find, so water does not freeze/crack it further!
