Can Illuminiche LED Channels Be Cut?

Yes. Illuminiche LED channels are designed to be field-cut for custom installations. The aluminum channel can be cut to the required length using a non-ferrous blade. Before cutting, remove the LED strip from the channel to prevent damage. For Wet Area LED Light Channels, remove the silicone end boot before trimming the LED strip, then reinstall it using a small amount of pure silicone to maintain the waterproof seal after cutting.

I ordered a horizontal niche

I ordered a horizontal niche, and you sent me a vertical one. Then, I realized it only comes with the niche and light. Well, how are you supposed to wire up the light? If you don't send the wiring or the switch, so then I ordered the switch, and it didn't come with the wiring. I have this sitting in my garage with no way to use it. And it is a complete waste of my money. I threw the box away so now I can't even return it. What I wanted was a horizontal niche with a switch and the wiring

Hi. Can I cut Illuminiche LED Light Channels - Wet Area?

Hi! Yes, you can cut the Illuminiche Wet Area LED Light Channels. The aluminum channel should be cut with a non-ferrous blade, and the LED strip should be removed from the channel before cutting to avoid damage.

For Wet Area LED strips, remove the silicone boot before trimming the strip, then reapply a small amount of pure silicone inside the boot before reinstalling it. This helps maintain the waterproof seal.

What wattage transformer does this LED light need?

To determine the wattage transformer needed for the Illuminiche LED Strip, you must calculate the total wattage of the strip based on its length and add a safety margin (typically 20-25%) to ensure optimal performance. The LED strips are .3125 watts per inch you should choose a transformer with a wattage capacity equal to or slightly above the calculated value. The Illuminiche Dimmer/Driver is rated for 16 ln/ft

I have used this tape for about 10 yrs. It excels at securing floor paper on hard surfaces. I've left it down for weeks and it comes up clean and in one piece. I also use it to tape off pans and tubs. It will secure tile on corners etc, and the surface does not have to be Sahara dry like with masking tape. I often reuse pieces on the same project the next day.
