StonePro EMP Easy Marble Polish Powder

Restore gloss to polished marble fast. StonePro EMP Easy Marble Polish Powder is a professional-grade marble polishing powder designed to improve shine and reduce common surface issues like etch marks, dullness, and light wear—without harsh sanding when used as directed.

Why Pros Use It

  • Won’t etch or burn the surface when used as directed (built for sensitive stones).
  • High coverage: approximately 200–400 sq ft per lb (depends on stone condition and technique).
  • Boosts reflectivity for a cleaner, brighter finish.
  • Helps harden the surface after polishing to improve durability.
  • Safe around granite inlays (designed not to scratch/damage them).
  • Use on floors, countertops, and walls with polished marble surfaces.

Ideal For

  • Marble countertops, floors, and vanities that look dull or worn.
  • Reducing etch marks and water stains on polished marble.
  • Homeowners + contractors who want pro-looking results with straightforward steps.
  • Routine marble maintenance to keep polished surfaces looking sharp.
  • Residential and commercial spaces (homes, hotels, offices, etc.).

How to Use

Important: EMP is a powder. You’ll add a small amount of water during use to create a workable slurry/paste for polishing.

Step 1: Mask Off and Protect

Cover and protect adjacent areas you don’t want polished (trim, metal edges, wood, baseboards) to prevent accidental contact.

Step 2: Clean the Surface

Clean thoroughly so the stone is free of dust, dirt, coatings, waxes, grease, and soil before polishing.

Step 3: Prep Scratched or Heavily Damaged Stone

If the marble has scratches or heavy damage, restore clarity first with quality diamond pads before using EMP.

Step 4: Work in Small Sections

Polish in controlled areas of roughly 12–16 sq ft at a time for consistent results.

Step 5: Make a Slurry (Powder + Water)

Add EMP powder and a small amount of water to create a workable slurry/paste, then apply to the section you’re polishing.

Step 6: Buff the Surface

Use a low-speed (~175 RPM) swing machine with a hog’s hair pad or white pad. Work the slurry over the area for 7–10 passes (about 4–5 minutes).

Step 7: Check Your Progress

After 6–8 passes, squeegee back the slurry to inspect the finish. If the results are average, continue for another 2–4 passes until the desired polish is achieved.

Step 8: Remove Residue

Add water to thin remaining slurry and remove it with a
