The Raimondi EASY-MOVE MkIV is a redesigned handling system for lifting, moving, and positioning large format tiles and gauged porcelain thin panels. Available in 6-suction and 8-suction versions, it combines a lighter frame, adjustable RV175 vacuum suction cups, and sliding handles to improve safety, control, and ergonomics on the jobsite.

The Raimondi EASY-MOVE 150 is designed for installers who need a more compact handling solution for large format tile and thin panel work. With a maximum slab length of 5 ft. (150 cm), this transport kit fits shorter panel jobs while still offering the control and safety benefits of a professional vacuum cup handling system.

The kit uses adjustable aluminum profiles and 4 RV175 vacuum suction cups to help secure the tile during transport and placement. These suction cups are gauged, built with non-marking rubber, and described as suitable for textured tile surfaces. Each cup can slide along the aluminum profiles, making it easier to position the setup based on the tile size and layout.

For added handling confidence, the vacuum pump system allows the user to restore or increase vacuum grip while the suction cup remains attached to the tile. A red line on the pump cylinder indicates when vacuum pressure is dropping, helping crews monitor grip during use. The suction cups can also tilt or pivot slightly to support better contact in varying situations.

This product should be positioned as a compact pro-grade transport kit for large format tile installers who do not need a longer slab frame but still want vacuum-gauge safety and adjustable handling support.

I’ve used it once so far. It was in a 2/32”ish grout joint. I don’t know if I could use it in a 1/16” joint. Maybe if I placed something solid between the tile and heel of the tool at the fulcrum point. I would think that would keep the tile edge from chipping.

I got the 10 inch for my D3600 for an envelope cut and a few miters with 12x24 porcelain and it has been amazing. No chipping whatsoever and went through like butter.
