Would this Montolit Minipiuma work on hard porcelain?

While it's recognized for its quality, the Minipiuma may struggle with very hard porcelain. This limitation is due to its breaking force, which might not be sufficient for the toughest tiles.

I buy a mini piuna tile cutter but Iit didn’t cut the tile the way way is suppose to, can you please give me some advice, do you guys have any shop in Los Angeles were I can take it to fix it
