More Details

Helix’s vacuum brazed construction bonds a single diamond layer directly to the drum, exposing more diamond per square inch than plated alternatives. The result is rapid removal with cooler grinding, ideal for cleaning up saw marks, tuning sink openings, and sculpting inside corners on dense, high-silica materials.

At #140 grit, the drum strikes the right balance between speed and surface quality—aggressive enough to shape, refined enough to transition to finer abrasives quickly. Use with water to extend tool life and control dust, or make short, light dry passes where water isn’t practical. Always operate on a variable-speed tool at or below 6,500 RPM.
